ABOUT

This is our story.

Andluca was established in 2017 following over 12 years of research on photovoltaic materials and films at the Organic and Polymer Electronics Laboratory at Princeton University. The company now spans three U.S. offices, with R&D and manufacturing activities in Princeton and Rochester, respectively, complemented by embedded systems development and window integration in California.

Adrian has fast-tracked product development, scale-up, and launch at seven different technology companies spanning smart glass, advanced materials, and photovoltaics. He oversees product and operations at Andluca.

Thomas has over 30 years of experience generating innovative solutions and bringing concepts to mature commercialization. He oversees embedded systems development and the design of integrated smart window solutions.

Doug brings four decades of experience in R&D leadership, project management, process development, optics, polymer science, and industrial manufacturing. He oversees solar coating processes, metrology, and manufacturing scale-up.

Senior Scientist

Jason brings over a decade in organic electronics, synthetic and computational chemistry, and material and device characterization. He oversees the research and development of UV-harvesting materials.
